Nice abs and fat don't go together.There are many "fit tips" that are little exercises you can do while at home or even sitting down. These tips are included throughout the book. The book then outlines the specific exercises and numbers for each to be done each day of the week. He is very specific and that is a good thing.He gives you your workout from week 1 to week 6. This is an easy to follow guide if your goal is to flatten your belly and have the abs you've always dreamed of. This book is recommended.
I’ve been looking for my abs lately. To be honest, I’ve been looking for my feet. There was a time when I had both – abs and a clear view of my feet - but kids, work and life seem to have gotten in the way. Then I had a wakeup call which forced me to take action. As I’ve started making my way back from the abyss I’ve been looking for books that are logical, reasonable and things I can do immediately without investing thousands of dollars. This is one of the best books I’ve found. First, the author doesn’t bury you in a lot of jargon. Instead he gives it to you straight, starting with diet. Not a starvation diet, not a “Kill me now†diet, but a diet of sound, healthy, filling foods. If you get just that from this book the pounds drop away. Then the exercises – no they aren’t easy but they are the right ones – are properly presented, rationally explained and structured to keep your routine interesting. I’m starting the first week and I can feel the difference. This is solid book and an absolute bargain!
I've been going on a diet, but I still have flabs so this book is something I really need! It's a bummer, but exercise is necessary, nonetheless John Mayo featured effective exercises and you can have flat abs in 6 weeks. It's that fast when you're really sweating it out. There are also easy to prepare yummy and nutritious foods for a healthy diet to complement your exercise program. Tips in this book make sense and they work, I recommend this book.
I loved the information that the author delivered in this book. There wasn't any fluff and the author gave the information simply and where anyone can understand. If you are looking to have flat abs, I highly recommend this book.
